For beginners who have never practiced yoga or continuting students who would like to slow down and focus on the basic principles of correct alignment and breathing. These classes are also perfect for pre- or post- natal women who were moderately fit prior to their pregnancy.

Take your yoga to the next level by adding a "level 1-2" class into your weekly practice. These classes are for continuing students who have studied yoga before and are familiar with the basic principles of breathing and alignment. Modifications will be given for all levels.

  spokane youth yoga
The youth yoga program at City Yoga is taught by Amy Handelman who has a masters in Education and is certified to teach the Radiant Child Yoga Program. The children's program is broken up into three age groups to address appropriate develomental stages and parents can opt for a once or twice a week 8 week program.
